Awesome Baked Ham
I love this recipe because it is so easy, and calls for hardly any ingredients and always have these in my pantry. This recipe came from a good friend's mother, who was always asked to bake the ham for get-togethers and family dinners. Now I get those requests. People who ordinarily aren't too fond of ham, rave over this one. After I carve, I spoon a little of the glaze over the meat in the platter-yummmm!
Baked Ham and Cheese Omelet Roll
This is an easy way to serve omelets. In our house, it takes me forever to make breakfast on the stove top! Baking this is soooo much easier. Feel free to add or subtract to suit your tastes (bacon, sausage, onions, peppers, etc.)
Balsamic- and Dijon-Glazed Ham with Roasted Pearl Onions
Chicken Cordon Bleu

Chicken Cordon Bleu II
butter, chicken bouillon granule, chicken, cornstarch, flour, ham, heavy cream, paprika, swiss cheese, white wine
"'Cordon Bleu' is a French term, literally translated as 'blue ribbon', that originally referred to an award for culinary excellence given to women cooks! The term can now apply to any superior cook (yes, men too), and also to this dish (chicken, ham and Swiss cheese slices, breaded and sauteed). This yummy version adds paprika and a creamy white wine sauce worthy of its own blue ribbon. Two blue ribbon tastes in wedded bliss -- Chicken Cordon Bleu II!"

Ham Salad Spread
"My family has enjoyed this hearty ham salad spread for years. It came to be an unexpected leftover every time we had ham for a special dinner. Recently, I decided to measure the ingredients, write down the recipe and pass it on to my daughter and daughter-in-law. They encouraged me to share it with Reminisce readers. -Marcella Kulp, Quakertown, Pennsylvania"
Kittencal's Baked Potato Salad Casserole
butter, cheddar cheese, cheddar cheese, ham, garlic powder, green onion, black pepper, mayonnaise, onions, potato, salt, sour cream
This is a long-time family favorite, you may serve this baked as a casserole or reduce the melted butter amount down to 2 tablespoons and serve as a cold potato salad using cooked cold potatoes, it is delicious cold or baked and served hot! --- I strongly recommend to have the potatoes cooled to room temperature before using in this recipe or use cold potatoes that have been cooked a day ahead --- I have even made this using about 5 cups of thawed frozen hash browns --- the complete casserole may be assembled and refrigerated for up to 2 days ahead although it is so good cold it might not even make it to the oven, and also makes a large amount which makes this
Mom's Baked Beans II

Old Widow Walker's Ziploc Omelettes
Mrs. Walker was my Sunday school teacher and we used to do this in the church kitchen, occasionally. This is my first memory of cooking that I cherish to this day. She keeps her age a closely guarded secret but is rumoured to be 115+ years old and perhaps, immortal. She has out lived three husbands and four children. She is still sharp as the Bowie knife she carries in her purse. I don't know why she carries a Bowie knife in her purse- but she always has. I asked her about it years ago and she said, "You would be surprised how often it comes in handy, Honey." I suppose it does, Mrs. Walker. God bless you. BTW- she is thrilled that I want to pass this on to another generation of schoolchildren. She was surprised that I remembered doing this with her over 35 years ago and was touched. When asked how to do it- she rattled off the instructions faster than I could write!Edited: Mrs. Walker died peacefully in her sleep 3-31-06 of natural causes a few days before her 106th birthday. She is mourned by our community because she had a hand in raising and teaching generations of our families. Thank you Mrs. Walker. You are loved, missed, and remembered.
pasta, ham, oregano, garlic powder, sausage, mozzarella cheese, onions, parmesan cheese, pepperoni, tomato sauce
This is similar to many Baked Pasta dishes but with the distinct flavors of pizza. I created this recipe yesterday and took it to a dinner party as the main dish. It was a big hit and every woman there asked for the recipe. I decided that anything that popular should be posted here. You do not have to use the same kind of pasta I did...but should use a pasta which will remain slightly firm after boiling and baking so that it is not mushy. NOTE** I've had several people ask about when to add the spices...you can either add them to the sauce or to the sausage when you cook it. Either way works great! Since this recipe is an original creation of mine, it tickles me so very much that lots of people are enjoying it! Thanks everyone!
This recipe is from the back of a Kraft Cheese wrapper that I have had forever. Our favorite add-ins are chopped ham, chopped broccoli and mushrooms. Prep. time is not included.
